Hiba Khayata is an ICF-accredited Holistic Career & Life Coach, Licensed NCDA Instructor, and Global Career Development Facilitator (CCE), with over 15 years of experience across the private sector, government, and higher education.

Throughout her career, she has empowered professionals, educators, students, and organizations through coaching, leadership development, and career readiness initiatives. Her holistic approach integrates personal growth with professional success, enabling individuals to make confident career decisions and achieve long-term fulfillment.

As a licensed instructor for the NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Program, Hiba continues to prepare career professionals through internationally recognized training and certification programs that meet global standards.
